How can I join?
Pepper’s rewards program is simple to use and totally free. If you already have an account, sign in with the same email address. If you do not, create one with your email to begin collecting points.
If you shop on the Canadian, UK, or Australian version of our site, you can still take part in the program, though points are earned based on USD spend. Rewards points are also redeemed in USD at checkout.
How are points earned?
Place an order or complete any available activity shown on this page, such as leaving a product review or following along on Instagram. Purchases are not the only way to earn—we also give you 50 points just for joining. Points are added to your account automatically within 30 days of delivery.
Where can I check my points balance?
Log in with your email address here whenever you want to see your balance and account details.
How can I use my points?
Before you complete your purchase, you will be able to apply eligible loyalty points in the “discount” area during checkout.
Can points be used with other offers or promotions?
Our site cannot process more than one discount or promotion on a single order, so loyalty points cannot be stacked with other sales or promotional offers.
I finished an activity, but no points have appeared.
No worries. If you believe there is a mistake with your points, contact wearpepperbras@gmail.com and we will review it and make updates when appropriate. Please allow up to 3 business days for any changes to appear in your account.
Will my points expire?
Your points expire 1 year after the day you joined the program if no activity or orders are placed.
Is there a maximum number of points I can apply at once?
You may redeem up to 2,000 points, or $100 USD, on one order at a time.
If I use points on an order and return it later, are those points restored?
Unfortunately, once points have been redeemed, they cannot be issued again.
How do I send my referral link?
To join the referral program, first sign up for the loyalty program and create an account. After you log in, use the Refer a Friend module on the Rewards page to refer someone and share the URL with friends. When a friend makes a purchase, you receive 50-200 points depending on your tier status.
What if I decide to leave the program?
We are sad to see you go. If you choose to leave the program, please reach out to the Pepper team at wearpepperbras@gmail.com. Please note that once you opt out of Pepper Perks, all points are removed from your account. Joining costs nothing, so we hope you stay for the long run.
What happens if I cancel or get a refund for my order?
If you return an order, every point earned from that purchase is automatically removed from your account. If you earned referral points and the referred friend cancels or refunds their order, those related points are also automatically deducted from your account.
Can I join Pepper Perks from outside the US?
Yes. If you shop an international version of our site, you earn rewards points based on USD spend. During checkout, rewards points are redeemed in USD.
